After crash landing in Wichita Falls, TX in 1978, I was brought up by a loving

mother and father from Oklahoma and given the earth name of “Blain.”

While being raised on a steady diet of classic TV shows, movies, Flav-or-ice

and pretzels, I harnessed the power of the pencil and all of it’s counterparts

to inherit what I do today --- MAKE ART!

I work in a variety of mediums including acrylic, watercolor, mixed media sculpture

and have even dabbled in film.

I’m currently an award winning Features Designer and illustrator for The Salt Lake Tribune

and a freelance illustrator.
